Our guesthouse is situated in the downtown, a two-minute walk from the pedestrian area, yet in a quiet, peaceful environs.
 
Thanks to its location the most important and visited sights of Eger can easily be approached on foot. Central Dobó square is a five-minute, the Castle is a ten-minute, the local thermal and Turkish bath is a fifteen-minute walk, but even lovers of nature and of famous wine of Eger need just 25 minutes to get to Szépasszonyvölgy (Valley of the Beautiful Lady) awaiting you with its wine cellars and various programmes.
 
Margareta Guesthouse can easily be approached from the centre (3 minutes from the post office on Széchenyi street) or main road No. 25 (the third traffic lights after the mall).

There are 4 self contained apartments and 2 rooms providing accommodation for 2-4 people each, all of them having its own bath and toilet. The apartments have a doublebed, an unfoldable sofa, a kitchenette with a cooker, fridge and microwave oven.
The guesthouse has a pleasant courtyard with a little garden to sit out.

Three cars have place in the garage but in front of the house there is a free public park place.
